We organise opportunities for upksilling through training and empowerment.
DITECFER organises specific training opportunities on “hot” issues and topics of interest to companies of the railway sector to leverage – first – awareness and – then – specific knowledge. For this, priority is given to topics not (yet) addressed ‘mainstream’ and to strategic emerging ones.
Being a consortium based on collaboration, DITECFER also works actively to create the prerequisites for developing team-work skills in Shareholders, so to make our supply chain increasingly stronger.
DITECFER also promotes the development of skills in the new generations, supporting “ITS”* courses in the railway sector, including medium-term internships in our industries.
