“RailActivation” is the Project that brings together, along with DITECFER, the railway chains of Spain and Germany and two renowned study centers, and whose purpose is the development of a “European pilot model” capable of promoting “workplace innovation “- that is, the increase in innovation processes within the company thanks to improved organizational and social forms – in the SMEs of the railway sector. A special call will select the 20 SMEs that will be able to benefit, in the form of vouchers, from training and mentoring to test the innovative model in their company.

The webinar of 14 May will present the first results of the project, the methodology and announce the call to be one of the pilot SMEs at European level.
