ACCELERATION EVENT: "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MADE EASY FOR SMEs AND EUROPEAN VALUE CHAINS"

DITECFER organises this event to to bring Artificial Intelligence and its real potential use closer to the Tuscan, national and European railway production chain, by including the event within an EU project that DITECFER is coordinating (STARS) and the new EDIH-European Digital Innovation Hub “AI MAGISTER” dedicated to Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Mobility (as well as for Agrifood and Public Administration) that will start soon, and as Lead Partner of ERCI-European Railway Clusters Initiative.

The event takes place along 2 days:

• Day 1: face-to-face event, of (A) introduction to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and the industrial vision behind it (B) presentation of use-cases of AI technology already underway in railway and multimodal mobility. At the end of the morning there will also be the Award Ceremony of the Hackathon #3 of the STARS project dedicated to “Blockchain for Railway Processes, Products and Services”;
• Day 2: mixed face-to-face and operational event, with (A) introduction to other key topics on AI for Railway (B) presentation of already ongoing use-cases of AI technology in the railway and multimodal environment (C) research of new use-cases for AI technology in the railway and multimodal environment, also in view of the Hackathon #4 of the STARS project dedicated to “Digital Twin and AI for Railway Processes, Products and Services”, with networking and work in groups, so as to nurture possible ideas and collaborations.
