Change at the top of DITECFER between Franzino and Matteini (still President) in December 2014

The Shareholders’ Meeting of DITECFER S.c.ar.l. notes the departure of President Lorenza Franzino from AnsaldoBreda and the District. Thanking her for her strong presidency, she appoints President – in line with the management of the company and the District – Dr. Daniele Matteini, General Manager of ECM S.p.A.
