4 Italian SMEs among the 20 Europeans of the Rail Supply Industry to test the new methodology RailActivation

The 3 DITECFER Shareholders Elfi Electronics S.r.l., Tecnau Transport Division S.r.l. and Te.Si.Fer. S.r.l., together with Ferretti S.r.l., are the 4 Italian SMEs selected out of 20 European SMEs of the rail value chain to test the pilot-scheme “RailActivation” for Workplace Innovation. The scheme has been developed in the framework of the “RailActivation” project funded by the EU, led by MAFEX-Spanish Railway Association, and having DITECFER as partner together with Consorzio QUINN (University of Pisa), the cluster Rail.S (Germany) and Tecnalia (Spaing).

The 4 SMEs receive 10.200 € each as training and coaching to support their adoption of Workplace Innovation methodologies, due to impact on three blocks: organisation, workers, technology.
