DITECFER AT 12th RAIL FORUM OF FSR-FLORENCE SCHOOL OF REGULATION

The President of the Tuscan Rail Technological District, Arcangelo Fornelli (VP Hitachi Rail Italy), and DITECFER Coordinator, Veronica Elena Bocci, had both a speech at the 12th Rail Forum "How to define, measure, and improve the performance of the European railway system?" organised by the FSR-Florence School of Regulation of the EUI-European University Institute in Fiesole.

The issues covered by the two speeches:
- Which performance indicator is valuable for each stakeholder and how are they measured?
- What the core aspects of rail business are where performance needs to be improved? How to create right incentives?, with a special point of view of SMEs.
